So ditto to what Ben said. A customer has a right to choose whatever product they want to buy based on the order of their priorities and where they assign value. You can't control those perceptions or feelings. What you continue to do is educate your customer and future customer by speaking to them and sharing your time and design process which is very valuable today. |
