50376 542 The Joel Tudor vs. Joe Aaron thing 74 Latte Aug 6, 2013 2013-08-06T05:21:04-0400 bing_nose wrote: Latte - ya I can see that but that's the thing that I've always thought was so great about JT - he seems to be able to surf every board (that you would want to surf) really well and was doing it before it became this big thing it has in the last 5 or so years - egg, fish, log, etc. I think I read once that he started doing that because certain breaks required certain boards - now its become fashionable to surf a twinzer, bonzer and log at your local break. I've gotta be honest before this post I have never heard of Joe Aaron, but I've known about loggers like A. Knost because of flicks like Sprout that came out 5 years ago - I'm on the East Coast though like you. Click to expand... Point, the guy can surf and I may have helped bring 'alt' shapes to the mainstream. Ok fine...I will not say anything negative about that. However He is a bit contradictive, non the less. Here is a blanket statement that I stand behind. If you really give a sh1t about what other people are riding and how they are riding it (stylistically speaking) you have something wrong with your self, Period... You probably have other issues going on as well. Thats goes for world champs to forum hodad.
