Any word if the factory is using denser foam + heavier glassing schedules on the newer boards? Click to expand... Absolutely no offense taken. I know the boards produced overseas in Bali, Aus, and Europe have had issues with doming on the deck. I can ask but I honestly have no clue. The new shortboards are all 4+4 4 and mid/long are 6+4 4 I believe. The glassing issue is one that i know about and yet have no idea why or what tf is going on w it. I know Chris has run into some of the overseas shapers trying to go light on glass in an effort to cut costs for less $$$ markets at the expense of the brand, which was very swiftly taken care of. |
