Is it the Magic? I hear while the magic is great, it does still have a softer skip rail. I have an 8'5 Mitsven Winter Magic for context, but haven't surfed one any shorter. Click to expand... Michael makes way more boards than just the models on his site. Remember, he used to shape and glass for Christenson so he has a background shaping (and surfing) a wide variety of boards. He does have a "performance rail" that he will put on boards that is much different from his more Cushman Ave/Skip Rail. My brother in law has him put it on boards from time to time and likes it. So, he's open to shaping a bunch of stuff in all fin set ups with all sorts of rails. |
