On the topic of housing. We have the same issues here. Old fishing communities now find their small fishermans houses standing on primo real-estate land. Slowly but surely they are being pushed out to be replaced by million dollar apartments. We were fortunate enough to buy in 2012 when prices were at absolute rock-bottom. I don't even have a mortgage anymore. |
