It can be pretty depressing to make the drive up 163 south out of Mission Valley (just one example, it's pretty much everywhere) and see scattered trash, overgrown weeds in the center divide, furniture and appliances ditched on the side of the road, and so on. Then again the depression is usually greatly lessened on a nice sunny day, and gets much worse on the occasional gray and dreary one. Just my .98ยข (adjusted for inflation) |
