I have a 7'10 Fish Simmons from Josh Hall. Turns both off the tail and from near middle when the drop is steeper/later. Surfed it 3rd point Malibu couple weeks back 3-4ft on some racey-rights and was quite surprised how loose it surfed even at 7'10. Actually inspired me to order a 7'1 Piseas from Josh a few days later. I'd recommend giving one a try if you have a chance, you may be surprised. My 9'0 DR needs feet on the tail for sure though. Even at 9'0 that thing swings when I'm positioned right.✌ |
