You forget that just going down the line, maybe with a hullish board, feels like walking on water Getting older is not a problem, it only needs some luck and daily training routines. I do indoor rowing to stay in shape, but if I do not row for 5 days, it is getting pretty difficult to go back to it. So first tip, if you want to surf longer, is stay in shape and find some exercise, which you could do on a daily basis. If your circumstances allow for it, surf every day! |
