Even the best surfer I've seen rip there has been on Parmenter "fun gun" when it's barely OH. I myself usually have to shoulder hop my 7'4" Honey Badger when it starts to be big and barreling. To keep things on topic... I tried a GeeBee this weekend and tucked into a tiny shore break barrel that I almost made it through. That board is a quick little monster once you get it on rail. I wish I had some long peeling faces instead of peaky low tide drainers. |
