I was originally a trout bum with the fly rod and then about 12 years ago i got heavy into saltwater fly fishing. Especially sight fishing the flats which is more akin to hunting as you stalk or wait for the fish and only cast when you see it. Honestly surfing has wrecked my flyfishing somewhat. I never thought i would find something i would be more passionate about other than fishing.. i was wrong. Surfing has taken the front seat past 5 years. Looks like there are a few new to fly fishing feel free to PM me if you need help or advice... i have lots of experience with it and would be happy to share. |
