I’ve owned the board since last April, and surfed it at least 3-4 times a week for the remainder of the year. Aside from a small crack that was thanks to a low tide rock just below the surface and a superficial scuff from coarse sand, the board is otherwise immaculate. I’m a 6’3” 185 lb. guy with bony knees, for a board I’ve surfed several dozen times to not have any pressure dings is absolutely remarkable. I’m picking up a 9’9” parallax in a couple weeks, I’m curious to see the difference in feel in the water, and if the different thunderbolt layup has any effect on durability. |
