Many there are now living (and dying) hell on earth thanks to the guidance of their city management. You wonder why they are the epicenter of the virus explosion? From the mayor on down they did worse than ignore the threat, they openly encouraged residents to get out, eat and drink, and maintain their lifestyles. The mayor especially, who encouraged people to go out to shows, dining and other population dense activities, and is now whining about the lack of federal response.
