I heard from a friend who's a Dog Patch regular that it's not the Park Rangers who are being strict with enforcement , but the other authorities. I witnessed black uniforms walking around the day of Otter's B-day. I'll get a first hand update when it gets closer to the date. Ah.... San Clemente liquor stores... the only place I know where to get Imperial Beer ! Dewey: I think the glassing place next to Bing / Jacobs is called Shoreline Glassing. You all: My vote is for Friday afternoon for the Surfing Heritage Museum tour.
