Nice enough and we know each others’ names. I’ve never heard a harsh word and they love/like surfing. One of them even told me surfing is the most difficult thing he’s ever done. In general they are clueless and have made ZERO improvement in their skill level. Maybe a little better paddlers, maybe, hard to tell. Can’t read the ocean, don’t know which wave matches their skill, start paddling for a wave at the wrong time, basically still go straight, and probably couldn’t tell if the tide was high, low, mid, etc.

Baffles me they still bob around out in the lineup. Could be it is just a satisfying social event. Two have multiple very nice handshapes supposedly to match conditions. Other locals say hi paddle on and go surf waves.
post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body
post_id
336176
