I'm wondering if I could sell my parallax and then just go ahead and grab that slasher\n        \n\n\nClick to expand...\n\n\n\n\nI had a parallax 9'3 and have a poly Lo Pro\n\n\n\nno comparison in how they surf but both fantastic boards.\n\n\n\nThe Lo Pro is easily the best nose riding board I have ever had and is a sweet turner both pivot and carving.\n\n\n\nMy surfing has really improved since I got it and have been working  on technique.\n\n\n\nMine is heavy though at 20 pounds.\n\n\n\nHas a cedar stringer.\n\n\n\nIt really holds in steep sucky sections on the nose, you can really go for it.\n\n\n\nI also had a sprout and an apex and the lo pro is so much more rewarding to surf than those two.\n\n\n\nThe parallax is a lot more forgiving to surf and more of a fun board and great in slop and mush.\n\n\n\nMy mate is getting a T bolt Lo pro so be interesting to see how that surfs in comparison to the poly.\n\n\n\nIts interesting as 25 years ago I had a McTavish Ray Gleave model that had a massive tail flip and flat rocker front 2/3 rds\n\n\n\nvery similar template to the Lo Pro couldnt do that board justice then.\n\n\n\nWould advise keep the Parallax and get a Lo Pro.\n\n\n\nGreat 2 board quiver."]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["329325"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.7398799971269909, "license": "Public Domain"}
