Decidedly not, I just haven\u2019t gotten the hang of surfing backside back yet (I\u2019m getting better though!)\u2026 Sure seemed to impress the guy on the Wavestorm paddling out though (\u201cThat was awesome!\u201d) so maybe in some sense I WAS \u2018ripping\u2019 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnd just the other day at the Shores I inadvertently dropped in on an older lady on an SUP\u2026. I kicked out (fairly gracefully, I think) the instant I saw her behind me, and she rode the wave all the way in to the shorebreak\u2026. When she paddled back out I apologized and fully expected to get an earful from her (she seemed to be well-known in the water, not just some rando), but she just said, \u201cNo worries, and besides you seem to know what you\u2019re doing\u2026 you know how it can get out here.\u201d  That and a few fun lefts were as close as I needed to feel like I was (by my personal standards) \u2018ripping\u2019."]], "columns": ["post_id", "thread_id", "thread_title", "post_number", "author_username", "post_date", "post_date_iso", "post_body"], "primary_keys": ["post_id"], "primary_key_values": ["298267"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.7126300006348174, "license": "Public Domain"}
