Spent a lot of time on the 8'2\" as a Twinzer, twin and single. Larmo/Jenson for the Twinzer, Christine/furrow for the twin and 8\" L Flex.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Twinzer is rad and I prefer it in head high+, or faster beach break. It offers early entry with extra length, great hold and speed to beat sections. I find it a bit sticky in smaller/slower conditions, so I switch to the furrows and they work really well.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nI've had that board in a bunch of different conditions and it's really neutral with egg outline, rocker, rail design and bottom contours.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe 6'6\" is my short board and is a blast. Need to spend more time on it as it's a newer custom, but last few outings have been rad in 2-4 ft beach break. Great speed and control with that familiar egg shape.\n \n\n\nClick to expand...\n\n\n\n\nThank you for the detailed pics of the boards! I haven't gotten my hands on that shape, so being able to see it from a couple angles really helped out.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBoth boards look very fun and great to hear feedback on what it works best in. I thought I'd prefer an \"eggstacy\" in the 8 foot range, but from what you're saying I think I would size down (similar to your diamond tail) instead.
