Paddles about its size (not great/not terrible) but once I\u2019m on it, it Holds speed really well and the high aspect fins are really responsive. Not sure if it\u2019s the way I surf it or how it\u2019s designed but my back foot rarely seems to get within 6in of the fins and I can put it just about anywhere I want in the wave. Shines in slopier stuff. Doesn\u2019t need to be clean necessarily,  it has enough wiggle to get in and around crumbly sections.
