Okay, I've gotta ask: what's the deal with V-bottoms?  School me a bit.  I thought V-bottoms were a thing for a short while in the late 60s and then the industry as a whole pretty much passed on them.  I seem to remember hearing that they spun out too easily.  Why is it back and what improvements have been made to make it a thing again?  I know there are some V-bottom fanatics out there (I'm looking at you, \n@shadydave\n).
